The Feel-Good DanceShop is a fluid integration of a dance fitness class, like ZUMBA, and a personal development workshop/group coaching experience.
Many of us compartmentalize our lives and, therefore, compartmentalize where we go to get what we need. We go to a dance class, gym, fitness studio, or go for a walk, run, or hike to nurture our physical fitness. We go to a seminar, therapist, business coach, or weekend workshop (all sedentary) for personal development - to help deal with life challenges or help us get to the next level in what we want to achieve.

In this 90-120 minute transformational experience, you will:
I'm not calling this a workshop. I'm gonna be so bold as to call this a transformational experience. I know firsthand the power of combining movement with intentional focus on a particular challenge or area of growth to catalyze change. When I personally did this in my own life, something that was a huge block for me dissolved and I was able to take action later that week on something that I was too terrified to do for weeks and weeks before that.
