This is a combination dance fitness class and group coaching experience designed to get clear about a personal or professional issue and create an action(s) to resolve it; therefore, stepping deeper into your dream life.

Maybe your business and family take up so much of your time and your sleep is suffering. Maybe you're looking for a new job, taking care of a young child, and wanting to get back into your lifelong passion of painting.

through Dance, ZUMBA, and Creative Movement

Is there something you'd like to do, but don't yet feel "good enough" to go for it? Just imagine what you could you do, have, or achieve if you had more confidence, and possessed unshakeable self-trust.

In this danceshop, your presenter will guide you through group discussion, written exercises, meditation, and dance to begin the process of developing increased confidence. Anything you desire is possible, with deeper confidence.

As those in giving and teaching positions share their hearts, minds, and souls, they must also be sure to give back to themselves. Otherwise, how can they sustain the energy required to continue giving at optimal capacity? 


In this interactive 60-minute workshop, your presenter will provide tools to encourage the implementation of a regular practice devoted to replenishing and recharging your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual batteries. When self-care is a priority, we are much better equipped to create higher qualities of life while having enough juice left over to give more fully to the communities we serve.

Develop KickAss Exercise Habits
Think you’re too busy to work out on a regular basis? Is this a legitimate reason or a cop out? This presentation will invite you to think differently about the role of exercise in your life, which will then empower you to create a workout or “movement plan” that works for you. This presentation also includes tips to help attendees keep it simple, keep it fun, and keep it movin'! And for those of you who’ve always wanted to incorporate dance into your fitness regimen, will give pointers on how to navigate the dance fitness scene in L.A.


After attending Valerie’s workshop, I felt inspired, motivated, and couldn’t shake the smile off my face. Valerie was engaging, passionate, and refreshingly real . . . finally, someone who understands where I’m coming from and really gets it! I felt like a light bulb was turned on in my head, it was exactly what I needed. She really changed my way of thinking. When I signed up...I expected to sit and listen to the usual guidance to walk when possible, opt for the stairs and watch what you eat.
