About Valerie

Bio
P. Valerie Dauphin is The Dancing Life Coach™ and the Author of FEEL GOOD KICK ASS CONFIDENCE: USING YOUR BODY TO ROCK YOUR LIFE. Having graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Communication, and receiving multiple life coaching certifications, her mission is to inspire her clients to authentically pursue and achieve their dreams by skyrocketing their self-trust muscle.
Valerie’s specialty is helping full-time office employees find the vitality and joy missing from their lives. Having previously worked 9-to-5 office jobs herself, Valerie has firsthand experience with the needs, desires, and challenges of the 40-hour employee. While undergoing challenges that came with working in corporate environments, she developed and practiced tools to help shift her perspective, de-stress, add play, connect more authentically with her coworkers, and pursue her deepest professional desires while nourishing her personal life and overall well-being.
Valerie incorporates her background as a teaching artist, fitness instructor, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) leader to create trauma-informed coaching experiences for her clients.
Valerie has presented at organizations such as the YWCA, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Growing Educators, Women Empowering Women Los Angeles, Los Angeles LGBT Center, and USC Institute for Creative Technologies.
As a Dance Educator with multiple organizations, such as the I Have A Dream Foundation, the California State Summer School for the Arts, YouTHink, Inner City Arts, and Gabriella Charter Schools, coupled with her experience as a California Arts Education Leadership Cohort Consultant and an Arts for LA ACTIVATE Fellow, Valerie also facilitates race, equity, diversity, and inclusion experiences for individuals and organizations to thrive and prosper from a deep sense of belonging.
