What Is Coaching?

The short answer is this: Coaching is an ongoing conversation where your coach and you interact in a dynamic exchange aimed at guiding you towards the fulfillment of your desires. Coaching shows you, in real-time, the patterns and blocks keeping you from the things you say you want, while shining a spotlight on the invisible tapestry connecting you to what you want.
While therapy is useful to help process the past in order to overcome psychological barriers, coaching is designed to help already high-functioning people to create a future that lights them up! While there are always exceptions, simply put therapy tends to be past-focused and coaching focuses on your future.
