• What activities do you enjoy so much that you would do them for free?
• List all your top interests, even if it feels like you could never make money doing it.
• When you’re not working, how do you desire to spend your time?

Don’t try to write all official, like the job posts you’re used to seeing. Have fun with this exercise.

Create what you want first, then approach the job search from that place.
